Jasper R. Garland, 75, of Lawrenceburg, TN, died Wednesday, Jan. 24, 2007, at Crockett Hospital in Lawrenceburg, TN. He was a native of Lawrence County, retired from Murray, Inc. and an Army veteran. His parents were the late George and Louisa Cantrell Garland. He was also preceded in death by three brothers, Wayne Garland, Earl Garland and Rufus Garland. He is survived by his wife, Two sons, Four sisters, Three brothers, Four grandchildren. Three great-grandchildren. Funeral services were conducted at Neal Funeral Home at 1:00 PM Friday, Jan. 26, 2007, with Elton Jackson officiating. Interment followed at the Macedonia Cemetery in Lawrence Co., TN. Neal Funeral Home, Lawrenceburg, TN, was in charge of arrangements.
