Albert is the fifth of eight children born to John Farrington and Elizabeth Brooks, early Utah Pioneers.
Albert married Eleanor Rachel Winberg on April 21, 1909, L.D.S. Temple, Salt Lake City, Utah.
Albert, 63, a native Utahn died in a Denver hospital at 8:15 p.m. of a heart ailment. At the time of his death, he was manager of the Ediphone and Frieden Calculating Machine Co., Denver.
"Bert" was educated in Salt Lake public schools and L.D.S. Business College. He moved to Denver in 1927. He was a member of Denver Athletic Club and Cherry Hill Country Club.
He is survived by his widow; two daughters, Louise (Edward) Drury and Virginia (D. Sidney) Boyd, Jr., all of Denver; three brothers, Richard C. (Rella), Portland, OR., John S. (Nettie), and Franklin D.(Lenore), Salt Lake City; three sisters, Lillian E. (Dave) Kemp, Salt Lake City; Ethel H. (G. Lyle) Snow and Ella L. (Vernon) Garvey, Los Angeles; three grandchildren.
Preceded in death by parents; sister, Mary Gertrude and daughter, LaVonne (b. Sep 11, 1914 d. Apr 23, 1918).
Funeral services were conducted Saturday noon at 260 East South Temple (Larkin Mortuary).
