Carl Zietlow, 67, of Greenfield, was found dead Monday evening in the back yard at his home. His death apparently was the result of a heart attack.
Mr. Zietlow was a retired farmer and a longtime resident of the Greenfield community. He was recently reelected president of the Adair county Fair Association.
He is survived by his widow, Minnie; three sisters, Mrs. Amelia Grothen of Mendota, Ill., Mrs. Emma Finck of Greenfield and Mrs. Marie Jensen of Fontanelle; and a brother, Albert Zietlow of San Bernardino, Callif.
