She was the daughter of the late David (Pete) and Bessie (Davis) Flegal.
She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church in Philipsburg and a member of the BPOE #1173 in Philipsburg.
She was a homemaker by trade.
She was married to Dillon M. Saupp on Oct. 13, 1941 in Winchester, VA. He passed away on March 17, 1993.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, infant son David Saupp, sisters Janet Nazar, Jane Flegal and Thomasina Smith and brothers Leslie and Robert Flegal.
She is survived by grandchildren Michael Saupp, Chrissie Woods, Christopher Saupp, Jill Saupp, Jackie Woods, Kathy Saupp, Kellie Saupp and Joshua Saupp and four great-grandchildren.
She is also survived by daughter Kathryn Saupp of Altoona; sons Robert D. Saupp of Springfield, VA, James D. Saupp and his wife Susan Saupp of Sandy Ridge and Dillon M. "Jr." Saupp and his wife Paula Saupp of Philipsburg; and sister Donna Cannon and her husband Jack Cannon of Tucson, AZ.
The funeral will be held on Aug. 16 at 11 a.m. at the Heath Funeral Home in Osceola Mills. Officiating will be the Rev. Tracie Bullis. Burial will be at the Umbria Cemetery in Osceola Mills.
Visitation will be held on Friday from 7-9 p.m. at the funeral home.
A special BPOE service will be held Friday at 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
