Walter Greer, 4th child of Andrew & Arty Greer, was born on December 26, 1882 near fairfield ON. He married Clauda May Smith on March 17, 1909, at Greenbush ON. One child Donald Wesley born Jan 22, 1910. In 1911, they came west and opened the first general store in Gray, SK. They moved to Lang in December 1920, to farm. They attended Lang United Church. Walter served on the Telephone Board and on the Norland School Board. Walter & Clauda retired to Milestone in 1951.
