BLOOMER - Jeremy J. Arendt, age 32, passed away Tuesday, Aug. 12, 2008, at home.
He was born April 23, 1976, in Bloomer and graduated from Bloomer High School in 1994. He worked as a heavy equipment operator at A-1 Materials and enjoyed fishing, hunting, snowmobiling, golfing and spending time with his family and friends.
He is survived by his parents, Christy and Bobby Durch of Bloomer; father, Joseph Hilger of Bloomer; three brothers, Eric, Mitch and Luke Hilger, all of Bloomer; two sisters, Alysa and Kayla Durch of Bloomer; nephew and niece, Kasheton and Kynnley Durch of Bloomer; godson, Braden Steinmetz of Bloomer; special friends, Naomi, Bodie and Faith; numerous other relatives and friends.
A Mass of Christian burial will be held at 11 a.m. on Monday, Aug. 18, 2008, at St. Paul's Catholic Church in Bloomer, with Deacon Richard Kostner officiating. Interment will be in the North Catholic Cemetery in Bloomer.
Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. on Sunday at Olson Funeral Home in Bloomer, where there will be a Christian wake service at 7:30 p.m.
