Castle Gate, Utah, March 8. -- Rescue crews have penetrated the workings of Utah Fuel company mine No. 2 a distance of 2,500 feet or more in the main haulage way and have found pure air, according to a bulletin issued by the company at 12:05 Sunday morning. There was no indication of fire and no bodies were found, the bulletin said.
