David Marsh is oldest son of James W. Marsh and Keziah Mathews Marsh who came to Clinton Co.about 1854 from Madison Co., OH with their four oldest children. Ten of their eleven children lived to adulthood. David's wife is Rosa Angelina Routier Goeke Marsh, an immigrant from France. She had three boys: Adolph,Frank & Edward with first husband, Edward Albert Goeke,an immigrant from Germany; and four children: Edith, Myrtle, Robert & David Guy with husband David Marsh. David and Rosa Marsh death certificates state they are buried in Jefferson Cemetery, Clinton Co., IN. However, they are actually buried in Greenlawn Cemetery, Frankfort, Clinton Co., IN. Several Goekes are buried in Greenlawn Cemetery. The Marsh siblings are buried in other Clinton Co. cemeteries, Most of them have memorial numbers on Find A Grave. David and Rosa Marsh are my great grandparents.
