SEWARD R. WELLER
Seward R. Weller, 83, of Columbus, died Wednesday (Aug. 17) in the Sun Ridge Convalescent Home in Columbus. He had been in ill health for two years.
Born in 1883, in Fultonham, he was a son of Dr. and Mrs. George Weller.
Mr. Weller was a retired salesman for the Columbus Buick and Columbus Packard Inc., and was a member of Grace Methodist Church, Masonic Lodge and Scottish Rite.
Surviving are four sisters-in-law, Mrs. J. O. McDonald of Columbus, Mrs. Reese Reinhold of Zanesville, Mrs. J. Frank Phillips of Springfield, and Mrs. Doris Kattes of Phoenix, Ariz., and several nieces and nephews.
A brother, Harry Weller and a half-brother, Frank Phillips of Springfield preceded him in death. also deceased is one sister, Mrs. Frank Herron.
Services will be held at 2 p.m. today at the Leach and Son Funeral Home, East Main street at Parkview in Columbus. Rev. Norman Copely will officiate and burial will be in Forest Lawn.
