Ada Deters, 71, died Thursday, May 23,1996,at her home at 109 S Vandemark Av, Hartford, SD. Ada M. Storm was born August 14, 1924, on a rural farm near Hartford. She grew up in the Hartford area, graduating from Harford High School. She then moved to California, returning to Hartford in 1946. She married Joseph Deters on Jan 31,1948, in Canton. She worked at the Hartford Cafe for 12 years and at Raven Industry for 12 years. In addition to her husband, Survivors include one son, Anthony of Pierre; three daughters: Sheryl Gage of Sioux Falls; Geri Mitchell of Wilmot; and Susan Deters of Hartford; nine grandchildren; one great-grandchild. three brothers: Leo of Las Vegus; Earl and Elwood, both of Leominister, Mass.; and special friends Cecile Binkerd and Grace Lueth, both of Hartford; and Mary Connors of Gresham,Ore. Services were St George Catholic Church in Hartford, with burial in Saint George Cemetery (Hartford).Wife of Joseph Michael Deters, mother of Sheryl, Josephine, Geraldine, Susan and Anthony
