My research on Jeremiah is touch and go. I can't seem to confirm an actual birthdate or death date.

I can confirm birth year using the following:
1870 census shows Jeremiah son of Samuel and Mary 5 years old.
1880 census shows Jeremiah son of Samuel and Mary 15 years old.
1910 census shows Jeremiah head of Household , wife Irene and son Russell. Occupation is Farmer.
1920 census shows Jeremiah head of Household with wife Irene. Occupation Coal Miner.

Marriage to Irene F. Dean confirmed by Marriage Certificate: Married on September 28, 1894 in Elk, Pennsylvania.

One Son Russell born November 24, 1889 in Challenge, Pennsylvania. Died: March 26, 1938.
