Mr. Giroux retired from A.O. Smith Corporation after more than 38 years of service. He was born the son of Noel and Anna Marie Richard Giroux. His wife, the former Eutha Fay Clark, whom he married July 3, 1942, died March 3, 1999. He enjoyed farm sales and was an avid professional wrestling fan. Surviving are one son and daughter-in-law, Arcade and Cheryle Giroux of Rensselaer, N.Y.; two daughters and one son-in-law, Diane Giroux of Missoula, Mont., Shelley and Norman Kibbons of Bourbonnais; eight grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren; and one sister, Oline Blanchette of Kankakee. Deceased are two brothers, Orville and Leon Giroux; and three sisters, Blanche Fortin, Bea Berns, and Ethel Honores.
