Services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday from Shattuck Chapel for Mrs. Grace M. Walker, 71, widow of the late Edward Walker, who died Tuesday night at the home of her daughter, Mrs. G. F. Cuyler, of Ceresco, after an illness of two years. She was born on November 17, 1873, in New York state, coming to Coldwater at an early age. She was a charter member of Unity Grange of Bethel Township. In addition to her daughter, she is survived by three sons, Hugh Walker, of Bronson, Reg Walker, of Augusta, and Lawrence Walker, of Battle Creek; two sisters, Mrs. Edith Kimball and Mrs. Flora Angevine, both of Coldwater; and nine grandchildren. Burial will be in Lockwood Cemetery.
Death certificate gives age as 71 years and 25 days. Died in Newton Township, Calhoun County. Daughter of Charles Hutchinson & Katherine Moore. Daughter, Mrs. G. F. Cuyler, was informant. Buried on December 12, 1944.
