MRS. HANNAH HENRICHS, AREA PIONEER, DEAD

Mrs. Hannah M. Henrichs, 83, resident of the northwest for the last 66 years, including 27 years spent at Nezperce and 24 years at Clarkston, died at Nampa Tuesday. the body arrived here yesterday and is at Brower-Wann Chapel. Funeral services will be conducted Saturday at 2 by the Rev. Orrin Consear. Interment will be at Vineland Cemetery, Clarkston.

Mrs. Henrichs was born on May 3, 1868, [sic] at Bloomington, Ill. Her parents came west in 1884 and located at Walla Walla, then moving to Wasco, Ore. From 1893 to 1920 she lived t Nezperce and from 1923 to 1947 at Clarkston. She had lived in Nampa for the last three years. She was a member of the Lutheran Church.

Survivors are two sons, E. J. Henrichs and Clarence Henrichs, both of Nampa; Three brothers, Martin Meiners, Nezperce; William Meiners, Pendleton, Ore., and Henry J. Meiners, Nexperce; a sister, Mrs. Anna Lee, Wasco; and five grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren.

Hannah's middle name: More than one family reference uses "Matilda" but the birth record for their son Clarence is "Margaretha"
I accept the latter because she would have provided it and it is also her Mother's middle name, who was known as Margaret.
