Funeral services for Mrs. Vonnell Williams Pearre, 20 year old wife of Joe Henry Pearre of Belair Road, who died at a local infirmary Tuesday night after an illness of only one day, will be held at the Mt. Beulah Church near Orangeburg, S.C., this afternoon at 3 o'clock. Interment will follow in the churchyard cemetery. Mrs. Pearre was a native of Orangeburg county but had lived in this county for the past four years. In addition to her husband, the deceased is survived by one daughter, Janice Ruth Pearre; two brothers, Curtis Williams and Henry Williams; four sisters, Miss Myrtis Williams, Miss Dorothy Williams, Miss Emline Williams, and Miss Lorrine Williams and mother, Mrs. Emma Williams of Orangeburg County. © The Chronicle, Augusta, GA, 3 Dec 1936
