Ms. Bull died July 29, 2005 at home in Reno, following a lengthy illness. Although she lived in Reno for the past three years, she considered Gardnerville home.
She was born in Gardnerville on Jan. 15, 1947, to Ira and Marian Gansberg Bull.
She graduated from Douglas High School in 1965 and attended the University of Nevada, Reno. Ms. Bull was an insurance agent in Reno, a dispatcher for the Douglas County Sheriff's Office and an adjudicator for the Nevada State Bureau of Disability.
Among her survivors are her daughter and son-in-law Heidi and Rob Brown, and grandchildren Scott and Cody Brown, all of Sparks; brother and sister-in-law Elmer and Kim Bull of Yerington; brother and sister-in-law Ernest and Cheryl Bull of Gardnerville; and nephews Ernest, Wayne, James and Bobby Bull; and niece Allison Bull.
Burial will be at Mottsville Cemetery in Minden. FitzHenry's Carson Valley Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
