She was born July 27, 1892, in Yount to the late Joshua and Sarah Hahn Montgomery.
She was also preceded in death by her husband Joshua Gallagher; 12 brothers and sisters; and one son, Leeman (Fat) Gallagher.
Mrs. Gallagher is survived by one son, Tillman (Toots) Gallagher of Flat River; one daughter, Dorothy (Mrs. Thomas) Valle of Cape Girardeau; six grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and nieces and nephews and other relatives and friends.
Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. at the Caldwell Funeral Home Chapel in Flat River with Evangelist Bernie Crum officiating.
Burial was in Woodlawn Cemetery.
