Preceded in death by his mother, Dawn Denise (Bush) Allen; survivors include his father, Tim Allen, New Ellenton, SC; brother, Dustin Shane Webster, Aiken, SC; maternal grandmother, Charlotte Bush, Aiken, SC; aunt and husband, Rene & Scott Voigt, Aiken; cousins, Dawn Sarka and Lathyn Voigt, both of Aiken; paternal grandmother, Geraldine Allen, Charleston, SC, and several other aunts, uncles, and cousins.
A member of the Cedar Creek Church in Aiken, SC, David died from injuries sustained in an automobile accident.
Interment followed funeral services conducted Wednesday, February 7, 2007. Pallbearers included Adam & Billy Chapman, Michael Garvin, Taylor Melcher, Josh Scott, and Scotty Voigt.
