Funeral services for Mrs. Zula May Oliver Thompson Buffalo, 58, were held at 4:30 p.m. Thursday at Hassell & Foster Funeral Chapel here with Rev. Foy Moser officiating. Burial will be in Holly Springs Cemetery.
Mrs. Buffalo died Wednesday afternoon (July 6, 1949) at her home, 701 West Reagan, after a long illness.
Survivors are her husband, Wiley Emery Buffalo; one son, Wylie Thompson, Palestine; one daughter, Mrs. Mary Lucille Gonzales, Galveston; two brothers, Aubrey Oliver, Fort Worth, and Lem Oliver, Dew; one sister, Mrs. Fannie Webb, Teague; and two grandchildren.
Pallbearers were Leo Buffalo, Sherman Buffalo, Tamp Nash, Leroy Griffith, and W.L. Jobe.
