Directions: From Montalba, TX, drive west on Farm Road 321. Turn north (right) on County Road 2413 and follow to the cemetery which is on the west (left) side of the road behind the church.

This was first Beaver Valley Primitive Baptist Church and Cemetery. My ancestors the Murphys came to Beaver Valley in 1845, and belonged to this church and some of my forebears are believed buried there as early as 1861, just about the time it was so named Holly Springs. It says this was also a school as well as church in the " The Handbook of Texas Online".
