Harley Emerson Taken By Death
Was Webster Employee For Many Years
Harley R. Emerson, 66, of 211 Wentz street, Webster Mfg., Inc., engineer, died in Mercy hospital at 10:15 a.m. today, Thursday, May 1, 1952. He was in failing health for two years.
He was born in Eden township Aug. 27, 1885, to Rudolph and Alice (Gordon) Emerson. He is survived by a brother, Lester J. Emerson, of Tiffin, and three nieces, two in New Jersey and one in Toledo. A sister and a brother are deceased.
He resided in this city most of his life but had worked in Chicago, Toronto and Toledo. He was associated with the Webster here for the past 20 years.
He was a member of the Masonic Lodge in Chicago.
Funeral arrangements are incomplete today. The body is at the Bame funeral home.
