OBITUARY: The Manti Messenger, Saturday 23 June 1900 - A number of Manti citizens attended the funeral services of Mrs. Mary Ann Price Hyde held at Spring City last Monday. Mrs. Hyde died in Salt Lake City last Saturday and funeral services were held there last Sunday. She was a wife of the late Apostle Orson Hyde who was buried in Spring City and for this reason her remains were taken to that city for burial. They were married in Nauvoo by the Prophet Joseph Smith in 1843. She can truthfully be called one of the faithful of these latter days.
