He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Fannie ( Eggleston) Bailey. He was an elder in the First Presbyterian Church, of Richmond, he graduated from Washington & Lee University in 1920, served with the Federal Land Bank, and he retired from the Federal Housing Administration after a 30 years.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that contributions be made to the Cancer Society.
