Timothy Eugene Souther, age 46 of Yellville, passed away on Tuesday, June 24 in Harrison, Arkansas. He was a son of Gene Souther of Lowell, Indiana and Shirley Wiergacz of Yellville and was born on August 2, 1961 in Hammond, Indiana. Tim had lived in the area since 1990, having moved from Crystal Lake, Illinois and he was employed as a Quality Control Technician at Tankinetics in Harrison. He was a member the Harrison Moose Lodge and the American Legion in Diamond City and he loved to play pool.
Tim is survived by his father, Gene Souther and Step-Mother Marilyn Souther of Lowell, Indiana and his step-father and mother, Joseph and Shirley Wiergacz of Yellville; his wife, Leah of the home; three sons, C.J. and Jace both of Yellville and Dustin of Madison, Wisconsin; one daughter, Brooke Zarnkiow of Madison, Wisconsin; one sister, Janet Souther of Mount Orab, Ohio; one aunt, Jackie Perry of Amarillo, Texas. He was preceded in death by his grandparents and one brother, Glen Souther.

Pallbearers will be Red Blackwell, David Parkman, Kenneth Spillman, Gary Harness, Tex Pickron and Brent Heard. Honorary pallbearers will be all his pool playing buddies and his co-workers at Tankinetics.

In lieu of flowers, a Tragedy Care Account has been set up at Arvest Bank in Yellville for the Tim Souther family.

Visitation will be held at Burns Funeral Home on Monday, June 30 between 6-8 p.m. with funeral services to be held on Tuesday, July 1 at 2:00 p.m. at Burns Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Ann Jeffrey officiating. Interment to follow at Keesee Cemetery in the Monarch community.
