SCOTT CITY - Harry Rasberry, 90 years old, of Scott City, died Friday afternoon at the Deal Nursing Home in Jackson, where he had resided since June.
He was born March 22, 1883, at Commerce. Mr. Rasberry, a farmer, retired in 1952.
His wife, the former LueRetta O'Guin, died March 7, 1963.
Mr. Rasberry was a member of the Broadway United Methodist Church here.
Surviving; daughters, Mrs. Oscar Caldwell, Cape Girardeau, and Mrs. James Bateman, Jackson; foster son, Bobby Clark, Cape Girardeau; three grandchildren, and eight great-grandchildren.
The body is at Amick-Burnett Funeral Home in Illmo, where friends may call.
Service will be held at 2 Sunday afternoon at the funeral home with the Rev. Don Kuehle, pastor of Broadway United Methodist Church, officiating. Burial will be in Oakdale Cemetery near Commerce.

(Dates for birth differ in the obituary and the tombstone..after comparing older documents, I opted to go with the WW1 Draft Registration Card which Harry gave the information on...he gave his birthdate as 22 March 1884)
