Junius' parents were Elisha Burns Keyes and Lillus Louisa Barney. He md Bertha Davies 21 June 1910.They had 6 children, 5 boys, Marlow Clifford, Lloyd, Junius Bardell, Wilford Burns, Pete Leroy.and 1 girl, Mildred.

History Of Junius Wilford Keyes
Junius Wilford Keyes Bom 5 Feb. 1882 at Vermillian Utah. Son of Ehsha Bums
Keyes Bom 28 Nov 1849 an Lilhs Louisa Bamey. Bom Sept. 29 1852 Moved To
Annabella in the spring of 1885, life went on in the regular way of a kid getting
whiped for going in swimming on Sunday. I attended Grade School in Annabella,
high School in Richfield,And I attended the Snow Acadamy in Ephrem in 1902-
1903, Ordained an Elder 27 Nov. 1902 by Mc alister, Presedent of the Manti
Temple, redeved my Patreotical Blessing giving by Henery Beal in 21 og Mar. 1903.
Retumed home for a short time. Left for my Mission to the South westren States
June 10 1903, Labored in Texas, Traveled mostly with out Purs or Cript, had the
chills an Fever there. Preached on 72 Counties walking many thousand miles, met
an made meny good friends with whome i hated to leave, when reliesed to come
home. I redeved my Relise Oct 1 1905. Attended Confrence
I arived home Oct. 9 1905, had a spell of Meloria Fever after Returning home in the spring of 1906.

Sunday, September 17, 1905
Arose feeling quite well. Ate breakfast and bid the good folks adue and had
traveled only a short way when we met a buggy coming toward us. To our great
surprise we found it contained President Lee and Elder Clark. It was one of those
large two seated buggys tand President Lee told us to get in as we would have to
return to Childress. When they arrived there they all had dinner and then retired
to rooms as the Wells Lodging House. Here President Lee told them that I was
released from my Mission and that Elder Clark was to join Elder Lewis as his
partner and we were to return to Fort Worth as quickly as possible. We talked way
into the night before we had Prayer and retired.
Childress, Texas, Monday, September 18, 1905
Arose very early, ate breakfast, and then started north again i the buggy at a
faster clip to about 16 miles where we arrived at a railroad town. There we all
bought tickets. Elder Clark and Elder Lewis to travel east to a new district and
President Lee and I to go northwest to Fort Worth.
I had to spend two days in Fort Worth filing reports, and had to wire home for
some more money than I had there. In the meantime I found out that Elder
Hansen had left earlier and rode a bicycle home. He said he had not had to worry
about food or lodging in his mission, so he might as well see the country, myself,
I just wanted to get home but sorry my mission was over.


, Worked at New house Utah,Attended the U of U in 1906 &
1907. Took the Examenation for Rail Way Mail Clerkin May 1907.
Attended school again at Ephrum from Sept, 1908 to Mar. 1909. when i was
apointed to the Mail Survice. on the Ogden & San Fran. N.D. lived at 1019- 22 St
Ogden, Utah.
I married Bertha Davies daughter of Brigham Davies & Primrose Lee June 27
19 10 in Tooele Utah, we went through the Salt Lake Temple and were sealed to
gather as man & wife Mar. 1 1911 . our first child Cliford Marlow was bom May.
3 1911, I surved on the Stake Mutial Board from 1910 to 1911 Word Teacher.
Brigham Loyd was Bom Oct. 29 1912. Moved to 6 07 7 St. where Junius Bardell
was bom Oct. 2 1914 Died Nov. 4 1914.Wilford Bums was bom may 23 19
16Moved to North Ogden in 1919 lived there 1 1/2 years where Mildred was bom
Aug. 13 1920.
I redeved my Transfure to the Salt Lake & Los Ang N. D. Moved to Salt Lake
City in 1921 lived at 74 Louise Ave. where Zetta June was bom Jan. 26 1926. Pete
Le Roy was bom Jan 15 1928 Died Feb. 9 1929.
I was Ordained a High Priest by thomas Y Yates Jan. 10 1923. lived in piece
with fine neighbors.in the South Gate ward.
Moved to 149 So. 7 East Apr 1 1932. Lived in the 11 ward for some years then
the ward was devided and we were put in the 12 where we now reside.
