He was born April 7, 1935, in Perry County, Ky., the son of Kelly Sr. and Susie Philips Holland. He was raised in Perry County, Ky., and had lived in the Cincinnati, Ohio, area for the past 50 years. He was employed as a cab driver for Skyline Taxi for 15 years. He was a former operator of the Chuck Wagon Restaurant for several years. He enjoyed billiards, cards and telling jokes.
He was preceded in death by his parents and two infant sisters.
The funeral was at Haskell & Morrison Funeral Home in Vevay. Burial was in Vevay Cemetery.
