Genevieve (Shenie) Kort, aged 85, of Hudsonville, passed away Sunday morning, May 2, 2004.
She is survived by her 6 children; 17 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren; one sister, Myrtle Abel of Pontiac; many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Theodore Kort on October 18, 1988 and her son-in-law, Gerald Vander Molen on June 26, 1984.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 11:00 a.m. at the Hudsonville Reformed Church with Rev. Don Van Slyke officiating. Interment Georgetown Cemetery. Friends may meet with the family at the VanderLaan Funeral Home Tuesday 5 to 8 p.m.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Hudsonville Reformed Church or the American Cancer Society.
