DEBRA KAY BLAIR, 48 of Memphis passed away December 16, 2006. Visitation will be on Tuesday, December 19, 2006 from 10 a.m. 12 p.m. with services following at 12 p.m. at Memphis Funeral Home Germantown Parkway Chapel. Burial will be in Hinds Chapel Methodist Church Cemetery. Debra is survived by her mother, Bettye DeVore; two sisters, Brenda Blair of OK, Bonnie (Kevin) Zwicker of Memphis; one brother, Jessie Blair of W. Memphis, AR.; four nephews, Adam and Eric Zwicker, Austin and Randy Blair; one niece, Nicole Blair and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. Debra was preceded in death by her brother, Randy Blair.
