Jack was born in Gridley,Butte Co, CA, his mother Ella Pearl Scott Hobbs died 4 months later from pneumonia. Jack was an excellent guitar player and father to his two sons James and Joseph. Jack's parents were Henry Leonard Hobbs and Ella Pearl Scott. Uncle Jack married Helen Irene Hendrickson, abt. 1950, she was born Aug. 20, 1927 Malta, Phillips, Montana and died May 11, 2002 North Highlands, Sacramento, CA
