Carl S. Dalton, 74, of Esther, was born Apr. 20, 1901, in Mine LaMotte and died February 3 at Farmington Community Hospital.
He was the son of the late Willam and Belle Johnson Dalton.
Surviving is his widow, Viola Dillard Dalton of Esther; one daughter, Betty (Mrs. Don) Neff of Flat River; four sons; LeRoy Dalton of Florrisant; Delmar Dalton of Esther; Clark Dalton of Columbia and Garry Dalton of Iron Mountain; one sister Carrie Armon of Flat River; twelve grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
The body will be in state at 6 p.m. tonight at C. Z. Boyer and Sons Funeral Home in Desloge.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at the Church of Christ in Flat River with evangelist Bernie Crum officiating.
Interment will be at St. Francois Memorial Park, Bonne Terre, MO.
