Mary, 81, died at 1:50 p.m., at the home of her daughter, Ida (Hugo) Baker, after a lengthy illness.
She was born to Jacob and Phillipina (Gilcher) Wendel.
She married Charles Bollenbacher, who survived her.
Also surviving are two daughters, Ida (Hugo) Baker, Celina, and Anna (Argyle) Bransteter, Rockford; three brothers, Otto, Edward and Lewis, all Celina; a sister, Emma Baucher, Celina; and four grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
She was a lifelong resident of Mercer County.
Services were in St. Paul Evangelical and Reformed Church, with Rev. John Pearl officiating.
