Thelma M. Hutton
Warren - Thelma Maxine (Stewart) Hutton, 94, died Sept. 4, 2004, at Bluffton Regional Medical Center in Warren.
She was born June 15, 1910, in Sullivan, and lived in Anderson for 54 years.
In 1928, she graduated in Carlisle.
On Oct. 24, 1971, she married James H. Hutton in the Noble Street United Methodist Church, Anderson.
In 1971, she retired from Delco Remy in Anderson after 42 years of employment. In October 1982, she and her husband moved into the United Methodist Memorial Home in Warren.
Mrs. Hutton was a member of the New Horizons United Methodist Church, United Methodist Women, Killbuck Retires and the United Auto Workers, all in Anderson.
She was preceded in death by her husband, James H. Hutton, who died Jan. 3, 1986; her parents, David E. and Genevieve (Steele) Stewart; two stepsons, James E. Hutton and Charles Hutton; a sister, Mildred Bridges; two brothers, Harold Stewart and Hobart Stewart.
Services will be held at noon Wednesday at the United Methodist Memorial Home, 801 Huntington Ave., Warren, officiated by the Rev. John Wallace. Burial will take place at Philadelphia Cemetery, Philadelphia, Ind.
Calling will be one hour prior to the Wednesday service at the retirement home.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Glancy Funeral Homes in Warren.
