CARROLLTON – James Julius Fulks, age 66, of 22371 Vellines Lane died Monday, Jan. 15, 1996 in his residence. He was a native of Akron, Ohio, and a chairman of the board of Aarons Office Products in Huntington, W. Va. Mr. Fulks was a member of the Masonic Lodge, number 53, Huntington, West Virginia, the Scottish-rite and the York-rite, and was a U.S. Army Veteran. He was an Episcopalian. Survivors include: his wife, Twilla Smoot Fulks; a son, James J. Fulks, Jr., of Lexington, Ky.; two step-sons, David Arnaud of Harvey, La., and Scott Arnaud of Kenner, La.; one brother, Harry E. Fulks, of Brownville, W. Va., and three grandchildren. A funeral service was conducted Wednesday, Jan. 17 at 2 p.m. in Colonial Funeral Home Chapel, with the Rev. Lee Hess officiating. Internment followed in St. Luke's Memorial Park, Smithfield. Colonial Funeral Home, Smithfield, handled the arrangements.
