Mrs. Jackson died Saturday, March 22, in Physicians and Surgeons Hospital, after a brief illness. The Many native had lived in Shreveport most of her life.
Survivors include her husband, J. P. Jackson; two sons, John R. Goins of Shreveport, and Jerry Goins of Houston, Texas; two sisters, Edna Anderson, and Della Hanson, both of Shreveport; two brothers, E. C. Mitchell, and Willard Mitchell, both of Many; and five grandchildren.
Pallbearers were Kelly Clancy, Marvin D. Thompson, Joseph C. Smith Jr., D. H. Carroll, J. D. Causey, and Gorman N. Dowden.
