Mrs. Miller Dies In Her Yard At Home.
Ms. Edith Eisenhauer Miller, of 230 South Sixth Ave., died suddenly on Friday afternoon in the yard adjoining her residence when she suffered an attack at the home shortly before she was standing on the front pavement talking merrily to several neighbors and seemed to be in the best of health. Her death comes as a shock to the family and lots of friends with whom she was popular and well liked. Her husband and children have the sympathy of a wide circle since they lost a son and brother Harry two weeks ago. Mrs. Miller was 34 years old and a staunch member of the Hebron U.B. Church where she took a big part in all the activity.
She was the daughter of Percival Eisenhauer, a night steward at the Good Samaritan Hospital. Herman Eisenhauer, one of the Company H boys, died on the border recently, was a brother. Besides her husband Birtus, she is survived by six children; Lillie, Arthur, Irene, LeRoy, Paul and Mabel, all at home. Five sisters; Mrs. Samuel Miller, Mrs. Alice Hossler, Mrs. Frank Rabold, Mrs. John Miller, and Mrs. Howard Starry.
Funeral Services will be held on Monday morning at 9:30 at the Hebron U.B. Church. Interment will be made along side her son, Harry, at Greenwood Cemetery in Ebenezer. H.C. Rohland, Funeral Director has charge.
She was preceded in death by her 17 year old son Harry, two weeks ago, and three infant sons; Jacob, Richard, & Charles Miller.
