Norene Bell Hagan, 69, of Methow died on October 19, 1989 at her home. She was born on November 19, 1919 in Enid, Oklahoma to Leonard and Anna (Roller) Brown. She married Robert Lloyd Hagan on September 21, 1940 in Fruitland, Idaho. They lived in the Seattle area from 1940 to 1962 when they moved to Juneau, Alaska where she was in the hotel business and worked for State of Alaska. She returned to Methow in 1975 to live with her mother. She was a member of Methow Evangelical Methodist Church. She is survived by two sons, Charles Keith Hagan of Snohomish and Robert Lloyd Hagan, Jr. of Tampa, Florida; a daughter, Nellie Anne Mills of Seattle; and seven grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday at Methow Evangelical Methodist Church with Rev. Larry Trim officiating. Interment will be in Methow Cemetery.
