[married Hannah 16 Jan. 1734]
[add missing daughter to Ephraim and Hannah nee Pangborn who was my 6th greatgrandmother- Hannah born 04 Jan , 1747 at Wallingford , New Haven, C and died 1813 at New York.
In turn she married Aaron Matthews- born 23 Mar, 1744 at Wallingford
and died at Camden , Oneida, NY( son of Aaron Matthews and wife Huldah nee Frisbie). I descend through the couple's son Aner Matthews born 1763 who married Rhoda Ann nee Church born 05 Nov,1774 at Milton, Chittenden, Vermont ( daughter of Samuel Church and Rhoda nee Bush).
I suspect that William Tuttle's wife Elizabeth nee Matthews and the Matthews of my line are likely part of the same group back in England although I hav enot yet researched this yet.
Thank you

[This message is to give a reason as to why I believe that he died in 1773, not 1775. I did find his will and probate records on ancestry. He wrote and signed his will in 1772 and then on February 24th 1773 his will was probated and his belongings were inventoried. He was listed on that paper as Ephraim Tuttle, late of Wallingford, deceased.
The Wallingford Vital records also state that he died in 1773.
Unfortunately, death and cemetery records all show 1775 as death year. I feel that the 3 in 1773 must have looked like a 5 on his headstone.
