Bristol --- Mrs. Eliza W. Liberty, 79, widow of Lewis R. Liberty, died Thursday following a long illness. She was born in Starksboro in 1885, the daughter of Elmer and Marilyn (Field) Wells.

She leaves one son, Milton W. Liberty, Bristol and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held Saturday at 2 p.m. at the Brown Funeral Home in Bristol. Interment will be in Maplewood Cemetery in Huntington. Friends may call at the Brown Funeral Home Friday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.
