She later married Loren C. McCampbell, and lived most of her adult life in San Antonio.
Her siblings were: William Jennings "Willie J." Biggs, John Vernon "Pete" Biggs, Alton Francis "Doc" Biggs, Mattie Leona "Sis" (Biggs) West, Olga Dorothy "Dick" (Biggs) Huff, and Alta May "Dottie" (Biggs) Mace.
Sarah had no children of her own, but helped her mom raise,her neice, Barbara Ann "Bobbie" West.
She was much loved by all of her neices and nephews.
