Local relatives have received word of the death of Rodney Milton (Mike) Justice, 49, former Paris resident, which occurred Wednesday night at his home at Woodstock, Ill.
He was born at Clinton, Ind., March 17, 1908, the son of Mrs. Stella Justice Mullen of Paris and the late Albert Justice. While a resident of Paris he was employed by Alan Jay Parrish.
Surviving are his wife, Elva, to whom he was married in 1926, three daughters, Mrs. Rosalie Treadwell and MRs. June Schrimer of Algonquin, Ill., Judy Kay, at home; six grandchildren; his mother of North Jefferson avenue, Paris; five sisters, Mrs. Mabel Simons of Marshall, Mrs. Marie Northup of Toledo, O., Mrs. Mavel Mullins, Mrs. Frances Cravens and Mrs. Esther Aldredge, all of Paris; one brother, John, of Woodstock; and one-half brother, William Mullen Jr., of Paris. There are seven grandchildren. Preceding him in death were his father, three brothers and one sister.
The funeral will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday afternoon at Woodstock and burial will be at Memorial cemetery there.
