Judsom Basim died last week Tuesday, Nov. 1, 1932, at Pendleton in the state hospital. Undertaker C.L. Booth and Varl Whitmore drove to Pendleton and brought the body to Enterprise where funeral services were held in the Booth chapel Wednesday, conducted by Rev. Weston F. Shields. Burial was in the Enterprise cemetery.
Mr. Basim was born in Ohio Feb. 3, 1859 and came to Oregon in 1880. He was survived by three sisters, Mrs. J.B. Kooch, Mrs. Carl Whitmore and Miss Linnie Basim, and by one brother, John Basim of California.
