William Beard
Virginia, Dec. 10 - Remains of William Beard, retired farmer and lifelong resident of this community were brought here today from Decatur, where his death occurred last evening while visiting at the home of Orval Hackman, a relative.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Monday in the Presbyterian church. Rev. W. S. Neely will officiate and interment will be in Walnut Ridge cemetery.
