He was born in Monroe Co, on March 4, 1960, to the late Cecil Bartley & Lucille Copas Bartley. He was a member of the Refuge Church of Christ, the Mud Lick Volunteer Fire Dept. a welder at Stephens Mfg. Co. in Tompkinsville, and a farmer.
He is survived by his wife : Karen Ballard Bartley of Mount Hermon, Ky
One daughter & Son in Law: Casi Bartley Owens & Carl of Glasgow, Ky
Two Sisters & one brother in law : Shirley Wier of Jacksboro, TN.
