RICHARD FREEMAN, 67, died Wednesday in Lutheran Hospital. The North Manchester native retired in 1988 as a public servant for the City of North Manchester after 33 years. He was a veteran of World War II and the Korean War. Surviving are his wife, Dorothy, two daughters, seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Services are 2 p.m. tomorrow in Bender Funeral Home, where calling is 2 to 9 p.m. today, with a Masonic memorial service at 7 p.m. Burial will be in Oaklawn Cemetery. Preferred memorials are gifts to Shriners' Hospitals for Crippled Children.
