FRENCHTOWN, Feb. 6. - Winfield Allen, husband of Jennie Potts Allen, died yesterday at his home near Oak Grove, Pittstown vicinity, of a paralytic stroke. He had suffered a previous stroke on Tuesday.
Mr Allen was born near Baptistown, a son of the late Scott and Sara Stout Allen, and was a member of the Baptistown Baptist Church, and of the P. O. S. of A. Camp of that place. Besides his wife, he leaves a brother, George, also of the Oak Grove section.
The funeral will be from his home Saturday afternoon at 2 o'clock. Interment will be in Locust Grove Cemetery, Quakertown.
