Grace Troutman, 101, Farmington, died Friday, October 22, 1993 at Van Buren County Hospital, Keosauqua.
Born September 10, 1892 at Mt. Sterling, she was the daughter of Fred and Leona House Muntz. She married James Troutman on November 15, 1949 at Kahoka, MO.
Mrs. Troutman was a long time resident of the Bonaparte and Farmington areas. She attended Farmington United Methodist Church and was a member of the Farmington American Legion Auxiliary.
Surviving are four step-daughters, Pauline Steeples, Orlando, California, Esther Lamborn, Farmington, Wanda Adams, Marco Island, Florida and Mary Davis, Minnetonka, MN; and one sister, Arlene Millmeyer, Farmington.
She was preceded in death by her husband; parents; two brothers and two sisters.
Funeral services were held Monday, October 25, at 10 a.m. At the Hofbauer Funeral Home, the Reverend Fred Malone officiated. Burial was in Bonaparte Cemetery.
A memorial was established to the Farmington Library.
