Youngest son of Alpha J Higgs and Elizabeth Ashby Badger Higgs. He was an Unclaimed Person. I saw his information on Roots Television. Where Megan Smolenyak tracked information down on him so his family would know where he is buried. The San Bernardino County Coroner hadn't been able to locate any next of kin. However he had served in the navy and was buried in Riverside National Cemetery. There was a photo of the headstone in the video. Rootstelevision videos
