Paul Edward Bell was the son of Archibald Samuel Bell and Mary Alice Harris (the sixth child of ten in total). He was born in Pattonsville, Scott County, VA and raised in that area prior to the move to Loudoun Co. VA. He married Annie Isobel Myers (daughter of Mahlon H. Myers and Mary Amanda Shoemaker) on 6 Dec. 1922 in Loudoun County, VA. Four daughters were born to this union: Alberta (Mrs. John W. Tavenner), Frances (Mrs. James Frederick Waterfield), Margaret (Mrs. Ralph T. Williams), and Louise Bell (Mrs. William Henry Williams). Although his goal was to reach the magic age of 100, God called him home 11 months before that could happen. May he rest in eternal peace.
