quietly away to Ogdensburg on Saturday
afternoon, where they were married,
a t 'the M. E. parsonage by Rev.
J. S. Wild. They are both very popular
young people and have the best
wishes of a host of friends for a happy
future..
Mrs. Witherell is the only
daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Silas Best,
and is a young lady much esteemed by
all who have the honor to be numbered
among her list of friends. Mr.
Witherell is the Republican supervisor
of the town of Depeyster and is a
young man of sterling worth and ability.
He is considered as one of the
foremost agriculturists of the town.
